„Still Experienced XL Band“ präsentiert ihr neues Album „The Idea of Gil Evans Vol. 2“ zu Ehren des 75. Geburtstags ihres großen Helden Jimi Hendrix. Weiters feiern Peter Guschelbauer und Chris Haller ihr 50-jähriges Bühnenjubiläum. Ihre musikalische Energie ist im Laufe der Jahre gewachsen und erlangt langsam ihren Höhepunkt mit einer zwölfköpfigen Besetzung ihrer Big Band.
